Kalyna Hrushetsky Hanover was the first 20 something Managing Director of multinational advertising agency, Leo Burnett in Kyiv, Ukraine, making the front page of the Washington Post in 1995 lobbying for freedom of speech.
She has more than 25 years of marketing, advertising, and sales experience both in the US and abroad.
She managed brands like Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Co., H&R Block, start-up brands and championing small businesses.
Recently, as Director of Marketing & Communications she pioneered an agile marketing model and set the stage for disruptive internal communications, engaged community culture, championed social selling and braved a historic re-branding campaign at a local second stage company.
Known for her unique team collaboration style of engagement and championing the project at large full circle, this self-proclaimed ‘foodie mom with a Slavic-twist’ has been reported to break out in dance when feeling blissful.
