At some point in your career, if not already, you will come to the realization that your corporate job, your agency or your greedy once-pure corporate charity need you more than you need them. You’ll begin to feel sick.
While true that the ever evolving world of technology and social media make it essential that your product be used with ease and less time-consuming, are we sure that human nature has also evolved to the point that it takes less time to build trust, likability, and familiarity?
Everyone seems to want to define what “strategy” means and what one should be. But I’m not one of those people. I don’t think I have all the answers. What I can do that may help, is tell you what strategy is NOT.
